For over three years, we’ve been using the grabzit to convert HTML to docx. Throughout this period, we didn’t encounter any issues at all.

This is hands down the worst support experience I've ever had. They treat you like you're clueless and make you feel foolish when you ask questions - totally unprofessional!

EDIT: In response to their reply - the standard advice they gave, which points to a community forum, is no help at all. And saying to a customer:

"We don’t assist you in writing your code. We’ve pinpointed the issue and provided two potential solutions. The rest is on you.

Not helpful in the slightest... You really need to train your support staff to actually assist customers (if you even have a proper support team - feels like it’s just one person running the show).

EDIT: Why not share the entire email thread and let potential customers decide if they want to use your service? :)

I'm a fan of the service. I've been using the screenshot tool for quite a few years, and I recently upgraded to a premium plan. Looking forward to using this service for many more years ahead!

The GrabzIt crew has come through for me twice, even with my lack of knowledge. Both times, I needed help converting my ASP.NET page (which included an image) into a PDF.
